More than just a handpiece
Our high-quality handpieces are exceptional due to their precision and silent running smoothness. The features of the needle cartridges allow for a wide application spectrum, all the way from for example defining or drawing eyebrow hairs to corrective pigmentation.
Easy-Click System
The Easy-Click system enables quick assembly of the cartridge. It easily allows changing the size of the needles or the colour of pigments during use.Practical and user-friendly
The cartridge can now be easily ‘docked on' to the handpiece with the aid of the bayonet cap. Various needle types can be easily exchanged or replaced. The procedure of exchanging the needle nozzle and the needle (as is common with the older, traditional devices) is dispensed with. Tiresome cleaning and autoclaving of the different parts of the handpiece is now a relict of the past.
Cartridges
With the cartridge system we offer our customers absolute safety with regard to sterility. Cartridge is integrated into two parts ,the needle and the needle cap into a disposable cartridge – the hygiene cartridge. By securely sealing it at the end with a membrane, it creats a new form of protection against contamination for the handpiece. The risk of contaminated liquids or air flows is now eliminated. The consumer's health is thereby ensured – a transmission of diseases can now not take place due to this new development.
Pigment color is filled into the hygiene cartridge opening. The color reservoir that is contained within the cartridge is designed for one entire regular procedure. Therefore, in most cases a refilling or dipping of the nozzle is not necessary anymore. The system can however still be used in the traditional manner, i.e. a dipping of the device into the color during operation.Highest precision from the needle drive to the needle tip is ensured through a fine needle nozzle which guides the needles. This needle nozzle is made out of medical plastic (Lexan ® 144R-111 resin).

Biostimulative Laser
Biostimulative laser (in a device Oreade laser – class 2, wave length 650 nm, and power < 1 mW) minimises a possible occurrence of herpes after the treatment and stimulates the healing process.
Microprocessor
Derma Contour devices for permanent make-up are equipped with microprocessors made by the Intel Company, which ensure the stable operation of needle frequency despite uneven skin. In traditional devices the speed of needle operation decreases when it encounters a skin of increased resistance (as a result – broken, non-continuous lines can be seen and colour durability is worsened). Through the application of superior “intelligent technology” in BioEvolution devices, the highest possible precision is maintained.An Intel Microprocessor controls and checks the power and the frequency of needle operation. As a result, pigments are implanted precisely into the skin. Steady dispositions of colour and maintaining straight lines eliminate the necessity of a second treatment. Moreover, consistent pigmentation of thin lines around lips does not need any correcting.

A Derma Contour Permanent Make up pen was tested against a pen made in Asia that has a plastic drive. For this a 1-needle was used and at quite high speeds (when compared to a micropigmentation procedure) a piece of paper was drawn on.
The lines created thereby were recorded using different microscopic magnifications:
10x magnification
Both pictures were taken using the same magnification. One can clearly see that with the Asian pen only irregular lines were drawn. The drive was partly not able to penetrate the paper (with the above mentioned movements). It is also obvious that the needle in the Asian system has the larger diameter.Already from this magnification one can deduce that with the Asian system no uniform or consistent color insertion is possible.
70x magnification
Both pictures were taken at the same magnification. One can see the increased number of strokes per millimeter line with the MT.DERM handpiece (brought about by the higher stroke frequency). The punctures are also clean and limited in scope. The frayed out punctures on the picture to the right cause a higher trauma level.220x magnification

| The optimal control unit for Permanent Make Up Our devices are made up only of high-quality electronic components. For maximum and flawless results the handpieces are controlled by a microprocessor. This ensures a steady, smooth and uniform needle frequency and therefore provides the best of prerequisites for a high color insertion. All of the control units can be connected to a foot pedal. Most of the devices also provide two outlets in order to allow work to take place with several handpieces. The digital control units are easy to clean thanks to the jointless manufacturing and the hygienic keypad. With the exclusive design of several types of housing we also show our high demands with regard to ergonomics and aesthetics. If so requested, we can develop customized as well as exclusive device series with an integrated light in the handpiece, with an integrated laser pen or with a menu control.
